Sodec has been supporting about 350 small holding farmers to grow organic coffee across 8 palikas of Sankhuwasabha District. These palikas are Chainpur, Madi, Dharmadevi, Panchakhapan, Savapokhari, Silichong and Chichila. About 3,50,000 Coffee trees have been planted. Changing lives Nepal is the donor oraganization for this project. In addition to that different palikas are also contributing budget for this project. 

About 40% trees began to fruit. There are about 12 SmallProcessing Center across these villages. This year a centralized processing unit has been established in Chainpur Municipality. Facilities has a pulping machine, a huller machine and a demucileger.

It is estimated that about 3 metric ton green beans will be produced in 2024.
